I’ve been giving this idea much thought recently. Life is a trip, man.

We get so set in our ways, comfortable with “how things are,” afraid to rock our personal boats in fear that we might have to experience something new that could ultimately be wrong. 

Sitting down with Alli, one thing became crystal almost immediately: she’s into running for all the right reasons. 

“Every time Im out there chasing something, I’m inspired by the people I’m helping do the same things,” says Alli. 

Life is about reciprocity, which is easy to forget as we enter into a more transactional future.
